Aero-structural design, additive manufacturing and flight validation of a PET-G FDM nose cone internally reinforced with glass-fibre/epoxy. Tangent-ogive geometry analysed through supersonic CFD and verified by FEA; flight-tested to ~9,772 m and Mach 1.7–1.8 with no cracks, delamination or permanent deformation.

CLSA integrates Classical Laminate Theory, failure, buckling, fatigue and thermal-effects assessment, FEM checks and industrial-format export, with an AI agent generating laminate configurations from natural-language requirements. Validated through benchmarks, FEM comparisons and experiments on hybrid carbon-glass laminates.
